Spring and summer are always very busy for editorial and design projects at Acceleris so here’s a glimpse into what we’ve been up to lately.
This department handles a wide range of projects, from large annual reports and websites
to new branding suites and information leaflets. I manage the team as well as getting involved in the finer detail and you’ll often find me musing over a new piece of copywriting work.
We have strong working relationships with our talented creative partners, whether graphic designers or web developers, to ensure a seamless production process and to achieve the client’s desired results. I’ve always said it but one of my favourite parts of my job is seeing the visuals of a project come back from the design studio, complete with the content produced by the Acceleris team. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of that; it is so satisfying to see a project brought together in this way, especially when the client loves it as much as we do!
Here’s a look at the projects, special requests and topics we’ve handled in the last quarter alone (I love a good Wordle!)…
As a rough estimate, we have produced, perfected and proofed 50,000 words in this department in just the last three months. That’s a lot of content! In the last month alone, our work has been seen by diverse audiences, from princesses to property tycoons. The image on the right shows the annual reports we produced for The Royal Alfred Seafarers’ Society’s AGM in May, which was attended by its patron, HRH The Princess Royal.
We can’t stress the importance of quality content enough. Our Writers Inc. division deals specifically with copywriting and editing. For example, we can generate content from scratch or offer that vital pair of ‘fresh eyes’ by editing or proofreading existing material.
We’re as crazy about quality content as we are about beautiful design. Good writing can inform, convince, sell, attract and engage. It doesn’t take a genius to guess what bad writing can do.
Please do give us a call if you have a project we can help with – we are always around for a chat or a meeting (we’ll arrange the tea and biscuits!) Call me on 0845 4567251, email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via our website.
